Job Summary

The Youth Care Worker will monitor and supervise children and young adults who are temporarily in the care of a governmental organization. Shift work is required. Full and part time positions are available. Full time positions may also involve some overtime.

The Youth Care Worker must undergo and pass a thorough background screening. Areas included in the screening process include:

• Education Verification (Must have G.E.D. or High School Diploma)
• Criminal Court Searches for all locations within the last seven years
• Civil Court Search for all locations within the last seven years

Physical Requirements

All Youth Care Workers must have the ability to stand for up to 8 hours with only short breaks provided.
