Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant
We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant. As a CRM Analytics Consultant, you will be at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience. This role involves leveraging our CRM platform to harness critical insights that inform and refine our customer journey from inception to service touchpoints. Your expertise in analytics, combined with an in-depth understanding of the Service Cloud, positions you to drive data-driven decisions, enhance user experience, and optimize customer support processes. By converting raw data into actionable intelligence, you will empower teams across the organization, from customer support to performing with precision, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach. Experience and expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau is a must.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce to deliver actionable insights related to sales performance, customer segmentation, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Dashboard Development: Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards and reports within Salesforce and other analytics tools to enable stakeholders to monitor key performance metrics.
Consultation: Collaborate with client to understand their unique requirements and challenges, providing expert guidance on how to leverage Salesforce CRM data for decision-making.
Customization: Customize Salesforce CRM to meet specific reporting and analytics needs, including creating custom fields, objects, and workflow
Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain data integrity within the CRM and Service Cloud, implementing data governance best practices.
Integration: Explore opportunities for data integration with other systems to ensure a holistic view of customer interactions.
Data Collection: Collaborate closely with analysts to understand data structures and relationships, ensuring accurate and impactful representation in executive dashboards.
Scalability: Assess the scalability of CRM and Service Cloud solutions, making recommendations for expansion and enhancements as needed.
Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring data analytics priorities align with development cycles and product backlogs.
Documentation: Work with developers to implement designs, providing clear and concise documentation, specifications, and assets.
Testing and Feedback: Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical related field
- 2+ years of Tableau experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- Certified Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- User Experience Designer/Analyst experience
· Proficient in Salesforce reporting tools and Einstein Analytics.
· Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills to convey complex data in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience with SQL or other data-querying languages
- Salesforce CRM Analytics experience
- Experience with PowerBI, Google Analytics, or Executive Dashboards
- Excellent organizational skills
- Active US Government Security Clearances
