As a Salesforce Senior Systems Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and enhancing the Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our business. Your deep expertise in Salesforce development, combined with your innovative problem-solving skills, will ensure we leverage the platform’s capabilities to the fullest. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will craft solutions that drive efficiency, enhance user experience, and support the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy custom solutions in Salesforce including but not limited to using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API frameworks
• Customization: Customize Salesforce by designing data models, user interfaces, business logic, and building custom applications
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other applications and data sources to ensure seamless flow of data and processes across the organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Best Practices: Uphold best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
• Maintenance & Support: Monitor, maintain, and provide support for existing Salesforce customizations and integrations
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and training
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to implement in the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce’s data model, security model, and customization options
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce integration tools and frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using version control systems like GIT
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or other advanced Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Prior exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Einstein Analytics or other advanced Salesforce features
• Experience in a multi-org Salesforce environment or with Salesforce communities
• Proven track record of optimizing platform performance and scalability
