Larry Raithel
CEO & President
Larry is an experienced leader and a true change agent. As career naval officer he held numerous senior positions in critical R&D and Technology oriented organizations. He has held various senior leadership positions major defense technology firms including Sarnoff Corporation, Mantech and Engility.
He holds a Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Masters Degree in Naval Architecture from the Naval Post Graduate School. He is active in the VA Tidewater Historical and Arts Community and enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren when not working.

Cameron Raithel
COO
Cameron functions as Aperture’s Chief Operating Officer, leading solution delivery and company growth activities. Cameron has extensive experience leading dynamic, growth focused organizations of all sizes across a variety of DoD and Civilian customer sets. As a builder he is focused on developing transformative solutions for our customers and building a company culture that creates opportunities for the growth of Aperture’s outstanding team.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from James Madison University and a variety of technical and management certifications.

Ben Hickinbotham
VP Operations
Ben serves as Aperture Solutions Group’s Vice President of Operations. In this role, Ben has responsibility for human resources, business operations, finance, and for driving key initiatives which enhance corporate capabilities and Aperture’s ability to support the missions of our customers.
Prior to joining Aperture, Ben worked at Fiserv, Inc and other FinTech ventures where he had responsibility for major banking networks and led strategic account management for key customers including Visa and Mastercard.

Nick Moran
Director, Digital Transformation
Nick is Aperture Solutions Group’s Director of Digital Transformation. Nick has several years of experience providing IT strategy, managing large enterprise systems, and leading teams within the Federal Government. In this role, Nick leads several program engagements, focuses on growing Aperture’s portfolio, and creates modern solutions for our customers that work.
Prior to joining Aperture, Nick worked at M.C. Dean and Deloitte where he led c-suite technical engagements for key customers including SPAWAR, IRS, USDA, VA, DOS, USPS, OPM, and FDA. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
